I took Amy's maternity photos in the new studio. The light was fantastic. She brought this little Hope statue as a prop which just glistened and added such a sweet element to her photos.
Thanks to Amy and Ed for being adventuresome and walking over to the abandoned church on my block. It has some great architecture and an old playground. I love photographing over there, feels like my own little secret garden.
One of my brides wrote a really cute post today on the Wedding Bee about her engagement session with me! Check it out. Levels of Awesomeness | Weddingbee A lot of people are nervous at first with having engagement photos done because they think they won't photograph well and look nervous. So Nicolette was really thrilled by seeing the final pics. I love seeing my clients happy with their images and self esteem. It only makes the wedding day images come out that much better after this practice session.
I photographed the Vandiver family again, this time at their home. They came to my studio last summer but the oldest lost his front teeth recently so they wanted to document that. They invited me to their beautiful home and I got to enjoy the boys playing in their own setting.
