Clare and Sean's wedding

I photographed Clare and Sean's wedding on September 13th at one of my favorite churches in Germantown, St. Vincent's, and the reception was at the Flourtown country club. I was really happy for Clare and Sean because I knew Clare growing up, she is the sister of one of my fiance's friends. Weddings are always so emotional for me when I actually know the families. Clare's parents will even be at my wedding! These two were a lot of fun together and both have such a great sense of humor joking around for the camera! Did I also mention Clare is stunning in her red shoes!?

The flower girl was sooo cute! She was loving the camera!

The funniest entrance I 've ever seen!

Karen and Oscar's wedding

I photographed Karen and Oscar's wedding on September 6th. They got married at a beautiful church in East Falls called St. Bridget's and the reception was at the William Penn Inn. It was the day there was a hurricane and a down pour of rain. We managed to still get some really nice photos at Chestnut Hill college before it came down too hard. Karen and Oscar were such a pleasure to work with, just really sweet people who obviously care a lot about their family and friends. They looked very much in love too which helped for my portrait session, they snuggled a lot and it all seemed so natural for them.

I saw this old Vandyke brown photo of Oscar's relatives from their wedding so I added in all of Karen's accessories and also made the photo look old.

Writing a sweet note to Oscar before the ceremony.

I love this little tux onesy!

Oscar the grouch for Oscar and Care Bear for Karen.

They had a great Mariachi band!

Diane and Michael's wedding

I photographed Diane and Michael's wedding on August 3oth at the beautiful Bryn Mawr Presbyterian church and the reception at Aronimink Golf club. I loved so many of Diane's details like her earrings and her gorgeous dress!

Diane's makeup was flawless! The makeup artist, Chickadee, did a beautiful light look.

These traditional dancers entertained the guests. I was blown away by their moves and bright flowing dresses.

(This was such a coincidence.) The judge that is going to marry Shawn and I in October was a guest at this wedding! The band made and announcement that some "celebrities" were at the reception and Judge Ida Chen was one of them. I had not met her yet because Shawn's mother works at city hall and arranged it. Diane is a lawyer so I assume that is how she knows her. (I know I am getting derailed onto the subject of my own wedding but it was so cool to run into her!)

The couple has moved onto L.A. for Michael's work and I wish them the best of luck in their new lives together!
