Jennifer and Jake got married on May 29th at the Morris House Hotel. They live in San Francisco so they needed help planning from a far and hired the amazing Eclatante design. This was my first time working at the Morris House and it has become one of my favorite center city venues. It is right in town but feels like you are on a country estate. It's full of vines, trees, flowers, and an old fountain along with a classic Philadelphia charm to the architecture with antiques within the house. Jennifer and Jake's intimate wedding was very quaint and small so they had plenty of time to talk to friends and family. Jennifer seemed to smile all day long. It was great to work with Kendall from Eclatante because she kept everything perfect. Her experience and sense of being in charge helped me so much as a photographer. (I could spend more time being creative and less time orchestrating the day for the bride and groom.)
Thanks to Misty for 2nd shooting and keeping the creativity flowing! It's great having a second set of eyes!
I loved Jennifer's handmade necklace.
Jennifer and Jake did not want to see each other so they just held hands through the doorway before the ceremony.
