Love park proposal in the rain

Tim proposed to Kate on Friday night at Love park. It was pouring rain but he insisted it be that night. They were in Philly for the weekend and Tim planned for her to walk through the park with some friends. She was totally surprised to see him standing there! I love to photograph emotional proposals (even if I was soaked holding an umbrella white I shot away!) Congratulations Tim and Kate!
